Are you a strategic sales leader with a passion for channel development and deep experience in the lighting industry?

We’re seeking a Director of Agency Sales to drive growth, build relationships, and expand our national footprint through our agency and distributor network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy across North America.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage agency partners and distribution networks.
  • Build long-term relationships with key accounts and ensure consistent performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align messaging and delivery.
  • Analyze sales data, forecast growth, and report KPIs to executive leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of proven success in channel sales, preferably within the lighting or electrical industry.
  • Deep understanding of commercial and industrial lighting products and markets.
  • Strong network of rep agencies and distribution partners.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 50%).
