Linmore LED, a US-based manufacturer of commercial and industrial LED lighting, specializing in retrofit products, is looking for experienced sales talent in the Western Region. Candidates must have extensive experience in LED commercial and industrial lighting, working with sales agencies and have proven success selling to ESCOs. The ideal candidate would reside in Southern California, but other Western Region candidates would be considered.

From its 160,000 sq. ft. facility in CA, Linmore LED makes the highest performing LED product line in the world, wireless controls, and offers Lumens as a Subscription (new fixtures, controls, and maintenance for 10 years).

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and Execute Strategic Sales Objectives Set by VP of Sales.
  • Demonstrate a Strong Work Ethic.
  • Recruit and Train New Accounts on Product Offering.
  • Implement a Variety of Sales Strategies to Meet Company Initiatives.
  • Build Professional Relationships and Adjust Sales Process When Necessary.
  • Strong Sales Forecasting Skillset Required; Meeting/Exceeding Sales Goals.
  • Contribute Industry Knowledge to Linmore LED Team by Successfully Accomplishing Set Goals and Initiatives.
  • Contribute Industry Research and Development Information with Linmore Management Team.
  • US Based Travel Required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 Years’ Experience in the Commercial/Industrial Lighting Industry, preferably with an LED Lighting Manufacturer.
  • Field Experience with Installation of Commercial/Industrial Lighting.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office™ Products.
