The improved Hosedown 2.0 features LED vapor tight fixtures for use in demanding environments requiring watertight seals. Each model includes an injection molded fiberglass body with a sturdy lens to withstand environments where extreme dust and moisture are factors. IP65, IP66, IP67, and IP69K rated and certified to meet NSF Splash Zone 2.

- Housing: UL 94 5VA fiberglass housing (will not melt or burn). Weatherability (f1) rated. Suitable for outdoor use with respect to exposure to ultraviolet light, water exposure and immersion in accordance with UL 746. Capable of handling high pressure water up to 1500psi.
- LED Boards: FR4 PCB is used to limit stress on solder joints by matching coefficient of thermal expansion between the LED and the PCB more closely. LED boards attached to the heat sink using a high quality thermally conductive adhesive rather than screws or rivets. This ensures good contact between PCB and heat sinks for excellent thermal conductivity
- Latches: Fixtures come standard with plastic latches. Stainless Steel latches available as an option (SSLCH).
- Power Input: 120-277V or 347-480 (50/60Hz), typical, depending on model.
- Power Factor: Greater than 0.9 (0.96–0.99 typical).
- Total Harmonic Distortion: Less than 20%, 10% typical.
- Surge Protection: Standard is 6kV for drivers. Additional surge protection is available. All HV orders will have 10kV SRG automatically added (contact sales for questions).
