Are you a strategic sales leader with a strong track record in the lighting industry?

We’re looking for a Director of Sales to lead growth through trusted industry relationships.

At Linmore LED, we’re known for innovative solutions in commercial and industrial lighting and wireless controls.

The ideal candidate would reside in Southern California, but other Western Region candidates would be considered.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, grow, and manage the Western Regional territory
  • Develop and execute a winning channel sales strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams
  • Analyze performance metrics, forecast growth, and report to executive leadership
  • Travel to key markets (approx. 50%) to support and grow relationships

What You Bring

  • 7+ years in channel sales, preferably in lighting, electrical, or adjacent industries
  • Deep industry knowledge and the ability to speak the customer’s language
  • Excellent teaching, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
